We offer our pieces in a variety of metals in order to cater to the tastes of our client base. If you would like to customize an existing Dalva design, by requesting different metals, custom sizing, engraving, or the addition of a stone(s) to a piece, please contact us at email@example.com with the details of the piece of interest and we will get back to you with pricing.
Custom orders take up to two weeks to ship, and are final sale.
If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased on www.dalvanyc.com may be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit towards a future purchase. Returned merchandise must be in original unworn condition. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, the item, and invoice number. We will send you instructions for returning your item.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges that were purchased from any other retailer. Please note that all custom and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We will repair items purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customer is responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact us first for repair authorization at email@example.com.
